Cut of the Month is RICHARD PANZER's "Mama Don't Allow" which is a
traditional song. I've spoke about Panzer for almost a year now.
Finally you get to hear this acoustic guitar and vocal madman. His
record of all covers will be out soon.

For the first part of last month I was working on the new ARCADE FIRE
record. What a blast that was! The session was filled with laughter,
depression, crazy old men, BBQ's, friends, family, little britain,
disappointments, celebrations, floating furniture, bad jazz and bats.
That was in the off time. In the ON time, it is shaping up to be an
amazing collection of songs. Each one as good as the next. Can't wait
for you to hear it.

Other than that, LAURIE KATHERINE CARLSSON stopped by to put the
finishing touches on her new EP which is due out the beginning of June

I also had the pleasure or transferring recordings from the early
70's by MARTIN KOENIG, who had a number of records on Nonesuch in the
day. These recordings are from Yugoslavia and are simply amazing. A
pleasure to work on.

And work continues on the new studio....

And work continues on my new music project WIZARD PRISON....our first
show is June 6th, 2006 at my studio.
