Where do I begin?

Sun City Girls- Midnight Cowboys From Ipanema is now available on CD! We also just received an Amarillo compilation with unreleased cuts by Sun City Girls, Faxed Head, Heavenly Ten Stems and Secret Cheifs Trio (who is known as part of Mr. Bungle).

These items and more are available at the Catalog address listed at the bottom of the message.

I will continually invite anyone to participate in my online CD recording experiment though Sonarchy with the Climax Golden Twins. You can access this page through my home page. Sonarchy is maintained by the Jack Straw Foundation which leads me to tell you about the Artists Supporting Artists showcase at Speakeasy on August 22nd in Seattle, WA. This showcase will feature artists who have worked with Jack Straw over the past few years. The lineup as of this writing is Julian Priester, Jay Clayton, Stuart Dempster, Wayne Horvitz, Ruze Dalmatinke, Jim Knapp, Tim Young, Jeff Greinke, Susie Kozawa, Paul Taub and Ela Lamblin.

Speaking of Live shows...there will be a Gravelvoice blowout on August 24th at the Pound Gallery in Seattle, WA featuring artists recorded by Scott Colburn. The line up is Sun City Girls, Eyvind Kang, Hyperlung, Ed Pias and Marc Olsen. You will also have a chance to see Blowhole and Noggin up the street at Anomoulous Records the same night.

In the Studio: I've just finished a Double single for John Fahey that will be out on Little Brother later this summer. We are currently editing a Sun City Girls Live in Japan CD for Japan Overseas. I'll let you know when this is available. Charles Gocher is pulling in all sorts of character for his Pint Sized Sparticus solo project. This CD will see the light later this year. Blowhole just mixed an LP rumoured to come out on Actuel Ass Run. This has not been confirmed yet but the mix has been completed. The Climax Golden Twins finished a CD for Pure and the Scratch CD will be out in a few weeks. CGT member Rob Millis will be taking a hiatus to Nepal for a few months to collect sounds for an upcoming project. Eyvind Kang is starting regular recording sessions to work on several upcoming projects since his completion of the Frissell tour.

And What else? Who knows. It's hard for me to keep up. Thanks to all of you who have accessed my web page in the last month. I'm trying my hardest to get the images of the records on the credit list but it always seems to get delayed.

By the way...I'm auctioning off a large section of my singles collection which will end August 31st. This and all other info can be found on my web page at the address below.

See you soon and remember......We could make a fortune
