And a Happy Veteran's Day to you all!!

October was a little slow in the studio but I've managed to keep myself
busy in other ways. Mainly watching a ton of B-Movies from a little video
store in Fremont called Hypno Video. This shop is sistered with Confounded
Books which carrys the printed form of psychotronic entertainment. You'll
find Psychotronic Magazine, Betty Page collections, movie posters, and the
best collection of B-Movies and other weirdness all in one place. It's
easier to get to than Scarecrow. Stop by the store at 3506 Fremont Ave N in Fremont in Seattle, WA.

Cut of the Month is the Sandwhich People which is that Zappa influenced
stuff that I've been telling you about. This is from sessions completed a
couple month ago. There is no release plans just yet...so if you're a
label...check it out.

The Climax Golden Twins continued work on the film soundtrack for a project
called "Drink Me". It's a tale about a church bound loser in search of a
better life in trying to help a kidnapped little girl escape from a her
kidnappers.

Land of the Loops (Allen Sutherland) was in to work on segues for his 2nd
full length album on Up records. Allen's music is multi layered sampled
beats with simple pop melodies played under soaring, light, breathy female
vocals. Truly brilliant stuff.

Aiko Shimata was in with Tucker Martine to edit a few songs from Aiko new
solo CD. This lush beauty of this music is apparent with members of Mount
Analog adding full band accompaniment to Shimata's music.

I'm continuing to enjoy teaching at the Art Institute. Now I'm really in a
position to change the world, getting myself closer to our ultimate goal....
